The Heart Zones Training™ app is designed to focus on your heart rate and overall heart health. It offers a user-friendly interface and is incredibly easy to navigate. This app can be considered as one of the top choices to maximize the benefits of your heart rate monitor. Whether you are engaging in cardio, strength training, flexibility exercises, or any other activity such as walking, running, skating, cycling, hiking, or even snowshoeing, this app aims to promote a healthier heart and reduce stress levels.

In addition to these features, the Heart Zones Training™ app offers the unique Paint Bucket Display. This feature is activated when selecting workouts such as "Easy 30," "Moderate 45," or "Vigorous 60." The Paint Bucket Display presents five different paint buckets that fill with corresponding colors as you spend time in different heart rate zones. The goal is to fill each bucket without overflow or underutilization. A count-down timer below the bucket image keeps you informed about the remaining time until a bucket is full.

Lastly, it's worth mentioning that this app was created by Sally Edwards, a Hall of Fame triathlete and industry pioneer in heart rate monitor training. With her extensive knowledge, she has authored numerous books on heart rate monitor utilization for weight loss, running, cycling, triathlon, and personal coaching and training.
